Service Description

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body to ease aching muscles, reduce tension and promote relaxation. The stones are also used as part of the actual massage process to support a deeper tissue massage where required. FUN FACT: The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.

Cancellation Policy

I understand life gets in the way sometimes so I’m happy to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hrs before your appointment If you miss your appointment you will be charged in full as there is no opportunity for me to fill your slot. If need to cancel within 24 hours there will be a £25 cancellation charge
